Closed thru March

Plain & Fancy Restaurant is closed for renovations.  Upon re-opening in early April, guests will be welcomed to a new restaurant featuring authentic American BBQ and sauces, locally hand crafted beer, and a new, fun dining experience.  Please note that the new menu will continue to offer our most popular, traditional Lancaster County favorites, including the Build Your Own Feast. Please join our e-mail program and stay tuned for these exciting upgrades.

Our Large Group and Motorcoach business will be unaffected by these renovations and menu changes.  While some January thru March hours may be limited, we encourage you to call our Group Sales Department with questions or to make a reservation.  1-800-791-9083.

Farm To Table Since 1959

Amos, Ben, Manny and Elmer, are our Amish neighbors who supply us with sweet corn, tomatoes, watermelon, cabbage, broccoli, squash, peppers and onions, and have helped us go from "farm to table" for over 50 years. Call Ahead Seating, and Walk-ins are welcome. 717-768-4400.

Travel Channel's Man V. Food featured Plain & Fancy in their special "Feasts" episode. That's right. Adam Richman and crew spent the entire day in the Plain & Fancy garden, kitchen and dining room. Adam helped prepare, and then sat down to enjoy the Build Your Own Feast, featuring made-from-scratch fried chicken, Lancaster County style chicken pot pie, vegetables from the Plain & Fancy garden, shoofly pie and more.
